Equipping you with tools to restore your life naturally and optimally.

What is Restore Life?

Instead of telling you to “Get more sleep” or “Drink more water,” we’ve created restorelife.ca to answer the why and motivate you to take those first steps. RESTORE LIFE is an original acronym containing the key components of life and happiness. Each aspect, when restored, will inspire you with renewed confidence, joy, vigour, and even return that smile you possibly haven’t seen in a while.

Rest | Exercise | Sunlight | Temperance | Ownership | Respiration | Emotions | Liquids | Intimacy | Food | Ethics

Our Dream

Are you tired of being tired? Do you dream of a new life without aches and pains, excess weight, fatigue, hypertension, diabetes, mental fogginess, insomnia, and severe mood swings? We’re here to support you as you work toward making that dream a reality—naturally.

Your Support

We’re a team of medical professionals and health advocates interested in you. We, too, have struggled, succumbed to temptation, and experienced similar symptoms of pain, depression, and illness—you’re not alone. If the answer to your question cannot be found on our site, shoot us a message through our contact us page!

Resources

We’ve done the research so you don’t have to. Along with providing you with information to support your decisions, Restore Life provides recipes, workouts, and other tools to get you started and keep you moving. There’s information all over the web, but we wanted to create a central hub you can keep returning to for the latest and greatest.

Let's Meet

Events, webinars, and personalized programs are available to you! Some events you can participate in include (but are not limited to) Depression Recovery, Diabetes Reversal, and Plant-Based Cooking Programs. Webinars will be posted more frequently! Subscribe to our site or bookmark our events page to stay in the loop.

Unhealthy lifestyle choices underlie many chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, stroke, obesity, osteoporosis, and many cancers. By promoting healthy lifestyle choices, our effots treat the root issue of disease, not just the symptoms.

Meet the Team

We’re a group of young health professionals here for you. Want to say hi? Keep scrolling and shoot us a good ol’ fashion, personal (yet socially distanced) “HELLO!”
